Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Support HR with time-off requests and employee inquiries
Qualifications
- 5+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, multi-state taxation
- Advanced Excel and HRIS proficiency
- CPP or FPC certification a plus
