Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll biweekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, NY DOL, and IRS regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare year-end forms (W-2, 1099) and audit reports
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Implement payroll system improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification (Workforce Now preferred)
- Expertise in NY payroll tax laws and labor regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proven problem-solving with audit resolution experience
- Excellent communication and confidentiality skills
