Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and year-end reconciliations (W-2s, 1099s)
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and payroll-related changes
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with timely, professional support
- Implement process improvements for payroll efficiency
- Maintain confidential employee payroll records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform expertise
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, IRS, and DOL regulations
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
