Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare monthly financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Process payroll accurately and ensure timely disbursement of funds
- Conduct internal audits to identify financial discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize budget allocation and expense tracking
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and federal/state tax regulations
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) for efficient financial data management
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience with proven track record
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred
