Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state workforce using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure 100% compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Louisiana payroll regulations
- Lead quarterly tax filings and annual wage reporting processes
- Oversee garnishment deductions and benefit deductions with precision
- Develop and maintain payroll policies and procedure documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll integration
- Conduct payroll audits and implement corrective actions
- Train payroll staff on system upgrades and regulatory changes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HCM systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Deep expertise in Louisiana payroll tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing payroll for 500+ employees
- Proven ability to handle confidential employee data
