Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for diverse workforce using ADP Workforce Now
- Reconcile payroll tax filings and ensure compliance with federal/state regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions with precision
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Collaborate with HR and accounting on compensation audits and system upgrades
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, DOL, and state labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Proven track record of 99.9% payroll accuracy
- CPP certification preferred
