Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state (HI), and local payroll regulations
- Process garnishments, deductions, and complex benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and HR partners
- Lead quarterly payroll audits and support year-end tax filings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of US payroll processing experience with multi-state exposure
- Advanced proficiency in ADP or enterprise payroll systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Expert knowledge of HI wage laws and FLSA regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience implementing payroll process improvements
