Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis and forecasting, to support business planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of the annual budget and capital expenditure plans.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting systems.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex financial data clearly.
