Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (KY, IN, OH)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and voluntary benefits enrollments
- Prepare and file quarterly tax forms (941, 940, state equivalents)
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Support year-end processes including W-2 generation and 1099s
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Expertise in KY, IN, and OH payroll tax regulations
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with garnishment processing and compliance
