Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and compliance across CA, OR, and WA
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and audit requests within SLAs
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for executive review
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and wage laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven ability to manage high-volume payroll cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
