Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, OK labor laws)
- Prepare and file payroll tax documents (941s, W-2s, state quarterly reports)
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries within SLAs
- Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain accurate audit trails
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Generate payroll analytics and reporting for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation highly desirable
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Expert-level Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy in audits
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
