Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across federal, state, and local jurisdictions
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Generate comprehensive payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency and compliance
- Serve as primary contact for payroll-related employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Deep understanding of FLSA, DOL, and Texas payroll regulations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Proven track record of managing high-volume payroll cycles
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
