Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations and FLSA requirements
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries within SLAs
- Administer garnishments, benefits deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Generate quarterly tax filings and annual W-2/1099 forms
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll system upgrades
- Audit payroll processes monthly and implement efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- 5+ years multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in FLSA compliance and garnishment administration
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience with quarterly tax filings (941, 940, etc.)
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
