Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll for 500+ employees across multiple states
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Administer benefits enrollments and reconcile 401(k) contributions
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements using ADP Workforce Now
- Prepare quarterly/year-end payroll reports for executive review
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Proven ability to manage confidential data with discretion
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements
