Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefits enrollments
- Prepare and file payroll tax returns (Form 941, 940, state unemployment)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Support HR with timekeeping system integration and reporting
- Stay updated on FLSA and DOL regulations
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll tax software
- Familiarity with Nevada state labor laws
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- CPP certification a plus
