Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations including FLSA, AZ labor laws
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and prepare year-end tax documents (W-2/1099)
- Oversee garnishment administration and third-party vendor payments
- Implement process improvements using Power BI analytics
- Lead quarterly payroll audits and SOX compliance initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP/Pivot Table mastery
- Familiarity with AZ unemployment claims and wage garnishment laws
- Proven audit experience with SOX compliance frameworks
