Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws (FLSA, FICA) and local Austin regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and year-end tax forms (W-2/1099)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll data integrity
- Implement payroll process improvements using SAP SuccessFactors
Qualifications
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep knowledge of federal/state tax regulations and Austin labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and SAP experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification preferred
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy
