Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now system
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and benefit deductions
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports
- Onboard new hires and update payroll records
- Collaborate with HR on compensation policy implementation
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of FLSA and KY wage/hour laws
- BS in Accounting or Finance required
- High attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to handle confidential payroll data
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
