Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across CA, AZ, and NV
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end tax filings (941, 940, W-2)
- Lead payroll audits and implement process improvements
- Train HR team on payroll policies and timekeeping systems
- Collaborate with finance on budget forecasting and labor cost analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 5+ years multi-state payroll processing expertise
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, CA Labor Code)
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
