Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 500+ employees including multi-state tax compliance
- Oversee time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate integration with HRIS platforms
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Implement and maintain payroll policies aligned with federal/state regulations
- Lead payroll system optimization projects, including ADP Enterprise upgrades
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on compensation strategy
- Prepare quarterly/yearly payroll tax filings and W-2 distributions
- Train payroll staff on compliance best practices and system protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Enterprise or equivalent payroll systems
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) designation preferred
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and multi-state tax regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical precision
- Experience with payroll audits and compliance reporting
- Ability to lead system implementations and process improvements
