Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for all 50 states
- Conduct quarterly and annual payroll audits for compliance
- Lead system implementations and process improvements
- Act as payroll subject matter expert for HR and finance teams
- Prepare executive payroll reports and analytics dashboards
- Coordinate with external auditors during SOX reviews
Qualifications
- 5+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Proficient in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP)
- FPC or CPP certification preferred
- Experience with union contracts and complex deduction structures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
