Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across 12 states
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with precision
- Implement and optimize timekeeping systems for hybrid workforce
- Prepare quarterly/yearly payroll reports for executive review
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Stay current on FLSA, IRS, and Ohio labor law changes
Qualifications
- 5+ years multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPP certification highly desirable
- Proven compliance knowledge of federal/state regulations
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday a plus)
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
