Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technical recruitment strategies for 2026-focused roles (AI/ML, Quantum Engineering, Sustainability Tech)
- Source and engage passive candidates via niche platforms (GitHub, Kaggle, research networks)
- Lead end-to-end hiring processes: screening, technical assessments, and offer negotiations
- Partner with engineering leadership to define future skill requirements
- Build diverse pipelines through targeted outreach and inclusive hiring practices
- Analyze market trends to refine compensation benchmarks and talent attraction tactics
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience in AI/quantum/sustainability domains
- Expertise in sourcing hard-to-find technical talent (PhDs, researchers, specialists)
- Proficiency with modern ATS (Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut)
- Deep understanding of 2026 tech landscape (neuromorphic computing, climate tech)
- Proven track record in building diverse technical teams
- Experience scaling recruitment for pre-seed to Series B tech startups
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
