Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees across multiple states
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings per IRS/Oklahoma guidelines
- Utilize ADP Workforce Now for time tracking and payroll reconciliation
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Prepare year-end W-2s and 1099 forms
- Collaborate with HR on employee onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Implement payroll process improvements to enhance efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification required
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Deep understanding of FLSA, FICA, and Oklahoma state payroll laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- PHR/SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Proven track record of zero-error payroll cycles
