Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions (child support, taxes, benefits)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Manage new hire onboarding and terminations in HRIS system
- Respond to payroll inquiries within 24-hour SLA
- Conduct annual wage garnishment audits and record retention
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and T&A systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software expertise
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and QuickBooks
- Familiarity with FLSA, FICA, and state-specific labor laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Proven ability to maintain 100% audit compliance
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality skills
