Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with bank statements
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across 15 states
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and HR leadership teams
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Conduct quarterly audits for internal controls compliance
- Implement process improvements using payroll analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll systems
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expertise in FLSA, state wage laws, and tax regulations
- Proven experience with garnishment processing and wage attachments
- Exceptional Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table mastery
- Strong problem-solving abilities and detail-oriented mindset
