- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 15-20 small business clients
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Assist with quarterly tax filings and year-end audits
- Implement QuickBooks solutions for process optimization
- Provide financial consulting to clients during monthly reviews
- Maintain compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of public accounting experience
- Advanced QuickBooks and Excel proficiency
- CPA certification preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ohio CPA license required
