Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures efficiently during night shifts.
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Prepare financial reports, including trial balances and income statements.
- Assist external auditors during their review periods.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
