Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation of general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with a high degree of precision and timeliness.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and variance analyses.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Maintain and organize complex financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and ledgers.
- Collaborate with the day-shift management team to resolve discrepancies and communicate critical financial insights.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite) to input and manage financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software.
- Experience with night shift operations or high-volume processing is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy.
