Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and reconcile GL accounts with meticulous attention to detail
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and optimize cash flow management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement internal controls to enhance financial reporting accuracy and efficiency
- Lead audit preparation processes and respond to regulatory inquiries
- Maintain digital financial records using SAP and Oracle ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Proven expertise in month-end closing and reconciliation procedures
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP, and financial reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex financial data
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
- Ability to work independently during night shifts with minimal supervision
- Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls frameworks
