Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL maintenance, month-end close, and reconciliation
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Lead audit preparation and coordinate with external auditors
- Implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Excel
- Demonstrated experience with month-end closing and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Proven track record of process optimization
