Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles with night-specific processing deadlines
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Oversee payroll processing for overnight teams and international operations
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial reporting and forecasting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA certification preferred
- 3+ years of night shift accounting experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and Excel modeling
- Expertise in multi-state tax compliance and international transactions
