Responsibilities
- Lead multi-year horizon scanning initiatives identifying disruptive forces affecting 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop quantitative and qualitative foresight frameworks using AI-driven trend analysis and scenario planning
- Translate complex future projections into actionable strategic roadmaps for executive stakeholders
- Champion cross-industry innovation labs exploring breakthrough technologies (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Author high-impact future outlook reports published in industry journals and media outlets
- Mentor a global team of futurists while fostering strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and World Economic Forum
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in emerging technology domains (Web4.0, AGI ethics, climate tech convergence)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published future scenarios adopted by Fortune 500 clients
- Mastery of strategic foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP, causal layered analysis)
- Exceptional storytelling ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ time zones with distributed work models
