Responsibilities
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for 2026+ technological disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future scenario planning
- Produce cutting-edge whitepapers on AI governance and quantum applications
- Collaborate with MIT and Stanford on next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Architect ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and biotechnology
- Represent company at Davos, TED, and World Economic Forums
- Mentor emerging futurists through our Innovation Fellowship Program
Qualifications
- 10+ years in futurism, strategy consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of published thought leadership (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press)
- Expertise in systems thinking and complex adaptive systems modeling
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, AGI safety, and climate tech
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN, SAMI)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and technical audiences
