- Lead high-stakes scenario planning for disruptive innovations (quantum computing, biotech, AI ethics)
- Design strategic frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating digital transformation
- Present future visions to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Establish partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and innovation hubs
- Manage $5M+ R&D portfolio for emerging tech incubation
- Mentor futurist apprentices and publish industry-defining white papers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Expertise in exponential technologies (blockchain, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching $10M+ innovation initiatives
- Certified in Scenario Planning (WFS/ISF) and Tech Impact Assessment
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Proficiency in Palisade @Risk, Trendalyzer, and AI-driven forecasting tools
