- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 clients navigating 2026 market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify and prioritize emerging opportunities
- Author high-impact white papers on future trends for industry publications
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, scientists, and innovation pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable business strategies
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced methodologies like Delphi and horizon scanning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of published trend analyses or scenario-planning projects
- Expertise in exponential technologies and their disruptive potential
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to connect disparate data points
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., causal layered analysis, backcasting)
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives and board members
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ high-impact future strategy implementations
