- Produce trend reports and whitepapers published in industry-leading journals
- Advolve executive teams on risk mitigation and opportunity identification
- Design innovation roadmaps integrating AI, biotech, and sustainability megatrends
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology and critical foresight
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Business, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of developing 5+ year strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data storytelling skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFTR) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite audiences across diverse industries
- Portfolio demonstrating published trend analysis or strategic foresight work
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi Method)
