Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop and maintain strategic foresight frameworks using data analytics, scenario planning, and trend synthesis
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and executive teams to integrate future insights into product roadmaps
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and presentations for internal/external stakeholders
- Establish and manage a global network of futurists, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market opportunities and risks through predictive modeling and scenario stress-testing
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype solutions for 2026-era challenges
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and predictive modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Planning, Business, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5-10 year strategic foresight implementations
- Experience with data visualization tools and predictive analytics platforms
