Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends through market research and data modeling
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ innovation initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize insights and build consensus on future scenarios
- Translate foresight into actionable recommendations for product development and market positioning
- Present strategic findings to executive stakeholders using compelling visual narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions and validate concepts
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive landscapes for strategic advantage
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or foresight roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and societal impact
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
