Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate resilience, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Lead stakeholder workshops to translate foresight into strategic initiatives
- Produce quarterly trend reports with data-driven recommendations
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Mentor junior futurists in emerging methodology frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven track record of implementing trend-driven business transformations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and systems modeling
- Strong proficiency in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and AI tools
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP preferred)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
