Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend synthesis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotechnology
- Produce quarterly horizon reports on emerging geopolitical and technological paradigms
- Design scenario-planning models for climate adaptation and resource optimization strategies
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions addressing 2026 societal challenges
- Present strategic recommendations to board members and venture capital partners
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and systems thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership on long-term trend analysis (Harvard/MIT/IEEE preferred)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on transformational strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating 2020+ predictive accuracy in major industry shifts
