Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into tactical initiatives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing concepts
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related technical field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or technology forecasting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future visions
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams in fast-paced environments
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation publications
