Responsibilities

- Deliver executive-level trend briefings and scenario-planning workshops for board stakeholders
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics to track foresight accuracy and strategic impact
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer research initiatives
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive innovation and future-proofing strategies
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate a culture of anticipatory thinking across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-leading commercial strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology assessment, and systemic risk modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences across global markets
- Published thought leader in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning, STEEP analysis)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from foresight academy or equivalent)
