- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for 2026 market landscapes and industry disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership on future-ready innovation priorities
- Author high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions for 2030+ challenges
- Establish thought leadership through keynote speaking and whitepaper publications
- Mentor junior futurists and build foresight methodologies across the organization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact (portfolio required)
- Expertise in systems thinking, trend mapping, and scenario development
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFSD, APF) highly desirable
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
