As part of our elite Strategic Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors to navigate complex futurescapes. This role combines deep analytical rigor with creative storytelling to preempt market shifts and drive exponential growth.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute horizon-scanning frameworks identifying disruptive technologies and societal shifts (2025-2030)
- Develop strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and business strategies
- Establish quantitative/qualitative metrics to track emerging trend adoption and impact
- Represent the company at global futures conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's future literacy capabilities
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes (portfolio examples required)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (articles, books, or patents)
