- Produce high-impact trend reports and horizon scanning briefings for C-suite executives
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with human-centric design
- Manage a $5M annual innovation portfolio with rapid prototyping and MVP validation
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurist conferences and thought leadership platforms
- Mentor a team of 5 futurist researchers and innovation strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record of developing and implementing 5+ year strategic roadmaps
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with visualization mastery (Tableau, D3.js)
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or Innovation Management
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
