- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on disruptive trends and strategic implications
- Establish innovation KPIs and track horizon-scanning metrics
- Build and lead a global futurist network across 12+ countries
- Secure patents and publish thought leadership in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or related field
- Published author or keynote speaker at global innovation forums
- Fluency in AI/ML tools and data visualization platforms
- Experience scaling foresight operations in Fortune 500 environments
