Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive foresight framework for 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning documents for executive decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints translating future insights into R&D priorities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present future outlooks to stakeholders through compelling narrative-driven presentations
- Design and implement horizon scanning methodologies using AI-augmented analytics
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and pattern recognition abilities
- Published thought leadership in foresight or innovation domains
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Strong proficiency in data visualization and narrative communication
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects with measurable business impact
