Responsibilities
- Analyze and synthesize complex global trends across technology, economics, and social dynamics to forecast 2026's disruptive forces
- Develop and present compelling future scenario narratives to executive leadership and key stakeholders
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align innovation priorities with long-term strategic vision
- Design and implement horizon-scanning frameworks to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Partner with product teams to integrate foresight insights into development roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and represent the organization at industry foresight forums
- Establish KPIs to track the impact of strategic foresight initiatives on business outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused roles
- Proven track record of translating trend analysis into executable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Economics, or related field
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and qualitative research
- Experience advising C-suite executives on long-term strategic positioning
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing) and their societal implications
