- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging investment opportunities
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and analysts
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track adoption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
